Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy defines the refund, cancellation, payment failure handling, course swap, attendance, and certification rules applicable to all Squadox bootcamps, workshops, live training programs, and digital products.

01 Policy Overview

Squadox delivers live bootcamps, instructor-led sessions, workshops, and digital learning resources. Due to the nature of seat reservation, live instruction, and instant digital access, strict policies apply once a payment is successfully completed.

02 Non-Refundable Enrollments

All successful enrollments are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds once enrollment is confirmed or access is provided
  • No refunds for live bootcamps, webinars, or recorded sessions
  • No refunds for digital products, bundles, datasets, or code packs
  • No refunds for missed sessions, partial attendance, or non-participation
  • No refunds due to personal, device, or internet-related issues
⚠️ Once a user is enrolled, a seat, instructor time, and resources are reserved. Therefore, enrolled payments are strictly non-refundable.

03 Failed or Incomplete Payments (Important)

In cases where a payment fails but the amount is debited from the user’s bank account and enrollment is NOT confirmed, the refund will be handled as follows:

  • The deducted amount will be automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days, as per banking timelines
  • Squadox does not hold or retain failed-payment funds
💳 This applies ONLY to failed or incomplete transactions where enrollment was not successful.

04 Cancellation Policy

Users may choose to cancel participation; however, cancellations do not qualify for refunds. Course access, session links, and materials remain governed by enrollment rules.

05 Course Swap Policy (24-Hour Window)

Squadox allows a one-time course swap under strict conditions:

  • Swap request must be submitted within 24 hours of payment
  • Request must be made via the Contact Us form or WhatsApp chat
  • Only one swap per user is permitted
  • Subject to availability and approval
⏳ Requests after 24 hours from payment time are automatically rejected.

06 Attendance & Certification

  • Full attendance is mandatory for certification eligibility
  • Partial attendance may result in certificate denial
  • Certificates are issued only after successful participation

07 Payment Gateway & Charges

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Gateway or transaction charges are governed by the respective provider and are non-refundable.

09 Policy Updates

Squadox reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
