Payment, Refund & Course Change Policy
- No Refunds: All course payments are final. Refunds are not provided unless specified on a particular course page.
- Course Exchange (Mistaken Purchase): You may request a course change within 72 hours of purchase. Contact via support email or WhatsApp. Approval depends on eligibility and seat availability.
- One-Time Re-Attempt: Each student receives one free re-attempt for the same course (only applicable on certain courses). Re-attempts are not transferable and apply only to the same title.
- Course-Specific Terms: Some premium, advanced or partner courses may follow separate rules. Always check the course page for exact eligibility.
- Attendance Requirement: Benefits such as Canva Pro, certificates, and re-attempt eligibility require attending the full duration of the live class. Leaving early or skipping mandatory hours will void these benefits.
