These terms apply to all Squadox Academy courses. By enrolling, you agree to the policies listed below. Please review them carefully. For any assistance, contact us through our support email or WhatsApp.

Payment, Refund & Course Change Policy

  • No Refunds: All course payments are final. Refunds are not provided unless specified on a particular course page.
  • Course Exchange (Mistaken Purchase): You may request a course change within 72 hours of purchase. Contact via support email or WhatsApp. Approval depends on eligibility and seat availability.
  • One-Time Re-Attempt: Each student receives one free re-attempt for the same course (only applicable on certain courses). Re-attempts are not transferable and apply only to the same title.
  • Course-Specific Terms: Some premium, advanced or partner courses may follow separate rules. Always check the course page for exact eligibility.
  • Attendance Requirement: Benefits such as Canva Pro, certificates, and re-attempt eligibility require attending the full duration of the live class. Leaving early or skipping mandatory hours will void these benefits.
